Former Meta AI Director Launches Ndoc: A Direct Competitor to Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Former Meta AI director Rohit Patel has launched the AI productivity company Ndoc and its eponymous all-in-one office platform, challenging Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Rather than embedding a chatbot into conventional spreadsheets, the platform builds workspaces from scratch, featuring three tabs: “Stages,” “Narrative,” and “Models.” On the “Models” tab, users can upload raw datasets, generate analytical reports complete with visible Python scripts, and leverage the built-in AI chat for explanations.
